The Second dive in this course, is the Drift Dive. We got on to the boat and headed for a dive site named Arus Baleh.
In this dive, our instructor told us to do a negative entry so that we don't get parted at the surface. A negative entry is when you descend as soon as you hit the water. Whilst I was near the surface of the water, I felt quite a surge; but once I got deeper, it was just a nice current.
We dived wherever the current took us. BUt it was a pleasant trip. I saw some blue spotted RAys and Ribbon eel. I also saw a black tip reef shark in the distance. I think I saw the same shark twice. It was really amazing. We kept on diving and saw some dog toothed Tuna, they were really cute.
After sixty minutes of diving, everyone had to come up and ascent. I reckoned that this is the easiest dive ever. The current does everything for you. You'll never get tired and want to stay down there longer. The only thing stopping you is your oxygen level. In fact, you actually use much less air as you need less of it for your energy. T
